Siân is the strategic lead for Relationships Wessex. She takes particular responsibility for governance and oversight of the running of the charity including region wide contracts. Siân has an open door for queries about any aspect of the work of Relationships Wessex

Debbie Munday, Business Development Manager

Debbie plays a key role in shaping the fundraising strategy of the organisation to support the business plan, driving forward new initiatives to ensure long term growth and sustainability. Debbie has worked for a Relationships Wessex for a number of years, building a good understanding of our organisation and services.

Diana Fairhurst, Chair

Diana trained as a librarian and worked for Dorset libraries for 16 years until having her first child. Diana then
joined her husband in their electronics factory, in the office and on the shop floor.  A few years ago Diana also
became a trustee of a charity for stray dogs.

Mary Chamberlain

Mary worked in the field of education for over 35 years as a teacher, eductional psychologist and senior manager of special educational needs and disability services. She worked in Mozambique, Birmingham and London before moving to the south west in 2001. Now retired, she enjoys singing, travelling, gardening, walking, and guiding visitors at a local museum. She is delighted to be a trustee for RW and support its vital work in promoting positive relationships, which are so crucial to wellbeing.
